In light of the egregious decision of the Justice Department declining civil rights charges against the infamous New York City police officer who murdered him, I am publishing some of my prose in protest...

It was after the Mayflower that our trial

with the magistrate began... In step with the slave owner and his will to be damned...

if his property ran...

Evolving from the sheriff to the Klan Working hand in hand to remand them Negroes

in their proper place...

Then the epitome of "the man;" J. Edgar Hoover of FBI infamy Had a plan to stop the determination

Of a people seeking to be free... And quite frankly, it's still in effect...

Para militarization was conceived when our boy shaking at the knees... Conspired with the press to find means To keep strange fruit hanging from the trees...

Hoover's campaign identified weeds from Mexico To rekindle white hatred and fear "They're overtly violent and rape our women when they smoke this here," he publicly sneered...

"We need to be tough; outlaw the American's ability to puff... It's a public safety risk... Them negroes and Mexicans must be stopped and frisked!"

The media as always... did its assist In shaping perceptions with kid gloves; blatant reporting bias and stereotypical shoves... To grease the legislative wheels

And promote the hidden agenda...

Hoover's unadulterated hatred for the black face Meant in every case An unadulterated assault on the black race.

Hell bent with impunity, immunity and the CIA, our government proceeded with COINTELPRO Dividing the followers of King and Malcolm on the low Orchestrating the killing of them both...

And the Cabal throwing in Kennedy for righteous measure.

See... The predisposition, methods and legislative authority of the policeman that now terrorizes your community Was built out of the psychopathic propensities of a madman...

Hell bent and with impunity the police have been trained to kill our children and fathers To pillage our daughters and mothers And always with an instructional paramilitary eye on the brothers...

Cops reek of fear as the cumulative impact of their indoctrination and white guilt pulls the trigger to kill just one more nigger...

Cops psychologically trained and sociologically conditioned to undervalue black humanity

Programmed with the dichotomy of us versus them... "See they're really less than men" It was in the Constitution Reinforced by judicial implements and media conflagrations That act like firestorms to burn out and corrode the public's common sense.

The rise of police brutality has forced me to verbally unsheathe my tongue... And to unapologetically step up one more rung On the ladder toward a value manifestation of our constitution Or definitively, that all human beings are equal in fundamental worth and social status

You'll notice I didn't say democracy; Democracy in America is dead... If it wasn't we wouldn't give money to Israel

Hellbent and with impunity

To bomb indigenous Palestinians in their homeland

So was it 1948 that democracy died? Or was it dead when my forefathers cried... out for their liberation?

Hell bent and with impunity our Republic hedges a blue wall of silence around its paramilitary operatives... In murder; in theft; in brutality with righteous indignation; they fleece the masses Traumatize the lower classes Allowed by the Judiciary and Attorney General To "proceed past go" in deference of their trespasses

Hellbent and with impunity against the lives of black and brown people... Black people fear the police... Because historically they've always

Been hellbent on killing us... And the judiciary with impunity jailing us... To derail black life chances.

So in tribute to Eric Garner, Mother Eleanor Bumpers, Kenneth Chamberlain, Amadou Diallo, Sean Bell and Abner Louima in New York; Jayson Negron of Stratford CT; Dwayne Dyches, Brian Hall and Pete Hopkins in Philadelphia; Timothy Thomas in Cincinnati, Danny Reyes, Alexis Aponte and Miguel Rivera in NJ; Michael Brown in St. Louis, Kathryn Johnston in Atlanta; Prince Akbar in Chicago, and Rodney King in LA, luckily got away with his life... just to name a few...

I lift my poetic voice and verbally unsheathe my tongue... To unapologetically step up the ladder; just one more rung With the same righteous indignation at American legislatures and court sanctioned jurisprudence

That allows the public safety menace on steroids or those men in blue... To methodically carry out America's martial law agenda against you.
